Subscription Plans

SitnGoGrinders provides a number of subscription plans which, when purchased, register the member and provide access to the sites restricted content - video tutorials and articles - for a predefined period of time. The recurring payment plans will automatically renew at the end of the period. You can cancel a subscription at any time up to the day of the next scheduled payment. If you cancel a subscription your registration with SitnGoGrinders is also canceled.

Please Note. You can subscribe with a PayPal™ Account with a valid email address or by credit card. Your username and password will be sent to your PayPal™ login email address after the subscription is validated. In the case where you do not have a valid email address or fail to receive your registration details please contact us via the "Enquiries" tab in the main menu.

No. SitnGoGrinders Subscription Plans are available by paying for the plan directly. There is no sign up fee.

You can pay for a subscription plan using PayPal™. SitnGoGrinders wish to keep the costs of the plans as low as possible. Unfortunately most of the online payment systems charge handling fees and take a percentage of the payment. By using PayPal™ we avoid some of these additional costs and reduce the administration overhead. If you don't already have a PayPal™ account you can apply for one here and then pay by credit card - The registration process is very straightforward.

SitnGoGrinders Ltd. does not take payments through any form of transfer from online poker sites. We do not wish to be directly affiliated with any online poker site.

If you are paying by Paypal through the Subscriptions page you should receive your registration details with a few minutes. If you haven't the following may have happened.

1. The Registration eMail has gone into your spam folder.
2. Your Paypal eMail address is no longer working. You can test this by sending an email to the address from a different eMail account.
3. Your eMail provider or ISP is blocking eMails that it considers are spam.

In the case of 1. or 3. Please try adding SitnGoGrinders.com to your Address Book or Contact list. If this option is not available, try moving our message to your "Inbox" or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP or SPAM filter technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from SitnGoGrinders.com.com.

If you still cannot find your registration details please contact us using the Enquiries tab in the right hand menu and giving us an email address which is active for us to respond to.

1. Log into your Paypal account.
2. Click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Under Financial information, click Recurring Payments, PayList or Preapprovals List to find your payment.
4. Select the payment and the click Cancel.

Please note. When you cancel a subscription Paypal will also cancel the current subscription period that you have already paid for. It is better to make the cancellation shortly before the next payment is due. If you forget and then make a further payment unintentionally we will, of course, give you a full refund. Simply tell us using the Enquiries tab in the Main menu.

It is possible that the email containing your registration details has ended up in your spam folder. Otherwise if you experience a problem gaining access to the restricted content associated with a subscription plan having successfully paid through PayPal™ please contact us using the "Enquiries" selection in the main menu.

Videos

You will need to have the latest Adobe Flash Player plugin for your browser (Version 10 or better). If you are not sure try to view one of the sample videos on the SitnGoGrinders home page. You can test which version you currently have here and you can down load the latest Flash plugin from here.

SitnGoGrinders Trainers use Blueberry Software's BB FlashBack Express which is the reduced price version of their main screen recording software BB FlashBack. The Express version has everything you need to make great screen recordings at a fraction of the price of the full product.

Yes. Once you have registered you can access discount vouchers for purchasing BB Flashback or BB FlashBack Express screen recording software from the "Make a Video" tab in the members menu.

We welcome videos from registered members who would like to provide training videos to SitnGoGrinders. You need to meet the prerequisites for becoming a SitnGoGrinders Affiliated or Guest Trainer. You should be able to demonstrate a positive ROI and a Gold Star on Sharkscope at the level you propose to provide a video for. In the first instance you should send us your details and a 5 minute sample video made with BB FlshBack Express to enquiries at sitngogrinders.com.

There is a Beta test underway to allow members to download videos to their PC or Mac. Please Note. The presentation quality of the downloadable files is intentionally of a lower standard than provided with the streaming functionality. Excessive downloading will automatically lead to access denial by the system.

Sometimes when streaming large video files they can stop streaming as they wait for further data to be downloaded from the host site. This is normally due to a lot of network activity and/or slow download speeds of the home internet connection. If this is the case let the video download before watching it. You can see a progress bar at the bottom of the video. Please be patient when downloading video tutorials from SitnGoGrinders as the files are quite large and may take sometime to download depending on your network speed.

When you stream a video to your PC the streaming process will buffer the video file in the RAM memory of the PC. If there is not enough room available the video will stop as if it has reached the end. Try rebooting your PC and watching the video again with no applications open other than the browser.

Yes you can mark any video that you have watched by rating it using the "Rating" stars to the right of the appropriate video. Next time you visit the page the information about the last video you have seen will be added to the list. If you haven't watched any of the videos there will be a message saying "You have not voted (after 5th February 2009)/viewed any of these videos" - this tagging functionality was added to the system on 5th February 2009. Please note that this system sometimes doesn't work if you are using mobile broadband.

Registrations

You are automatically registered when you take out a subscription plan. When the plan expires or you cancel the subscription your registration will be automatically canceled.

No we do not pass on any information about our registered members including statistical information unless otherwise required to do so through legal compliance.

Your registration details are kept for for the duration of your subscription plan.

No. Your details are automatically deleted after your subscription plan has expired.

Providing you are able to show a successful history at playing online poker at a level that SitnGoGrinders requires additional training material and can demonstrate a good star rating on Sharkscope you are eligible to apply to SitnGoGrinders to become an Affiliated Trainer or Guest Trainer. If you would like to sell tutorial videos to SitnGoGrinders as a Guest Trainer you should send us details of your current expertise and Sharkscope rating. In both cases use the Trainers enquiries form accessed from the Enquiries tab on the main Menu

An Affiliated Trainer is contracted to provide training information for SitnGoGrinders on a regular basis for a specified time period. Affiliated trainers are reimbursed based on the success of SitnGoGrinders. A Guest Trainer is a freelance trainer selling videos directly to SitnGoGrinders for a negotiated price.

Yes. We provide screen recording software to SitnGoGrinders Affiliated Trainers. Guest Trainers submitting videos to SitnGoGrinders should make the videos using BB Flashback Express or Camtasia screen recording software. Videos made with other software will not be accepted without prior agreement.

Any tutorial videos purchased by SitnGoGrinders become the sole property of SitnGoGrinders including all rights to the content.

If SitnGoGrinders agree to the provision of Tutorial Videos you will be given an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Account with SitnGoGrinders. You may then use this to upload your videos. Full length videos should not be sent by email.

Affiliate Program

To become an Affiliate with SitnGoGrinders Ltd you should have a web site that or business that is associated with online poker.

Members can also join and gain commission by introducing new subscribers through personal contact or emails etc.

All you need to do is to send a visitor to our site via a special link (called 'affiliate link'), and if they purchase one of our subscriptions via the integrated Paypal system, you will

receive a commission.

Commission is only paid for members signing up through PayPal

Commission is not paid on the recurring payments of the Value plans or on that portion of the cost of a subscription plan attributed to the value of the Sitngo Wizard software.

Eg. In the case of the 3 Month Value SNG Wizard Special - cost: $139.00/$10.00 . Commission is paid on the first $59 which is the equivelant of the first payment of the same plan without the Sitngo Wizard software.

The program is supported by leading affiliate tracking software which uses a combination of cookies and IP address to track referrals for the best possible reliability. When the visitor follows your affiliate link to SitnGoGrinders.com, our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on their computer. When the visitor purchases a subscription plan, our affiliate system checks for the cookie (if not found, checks for the IP address of the referral) and credits your account with a percentage of the subscription plan purchase value (less the cost of any other product included in the subscription cost – for example a sitngo wizard license)
